Re-zone Land

Re-zoning land is relatively simple. Simply type in the amount of barren land on the left that you wish to rezone into a different terrain, and then type in the new terrain you want on the right. The sum of the terrain on the left must match the terrain on the right in order for the operation to be successful. As the size of your Dominion increases, so does the cost.
